"IT'S A HARPO WORLD." BOOK BY FaNKULT.

So I just re-printed the "It's A Harpo World We Just Live In It" book because the first run was so ridiculously low it was almost like it didn't exist.This time around I printed them in a run of 50 so there should be enough to go around,get at me if your interested in picking one up.They will all be signed numbered and have a special message from Oprah herself because she is such a FaN and you know this is going to make her book of the month club sike the opposite.I'll be lucky if I don't get a call from her lawyers,actually that would be a dream come true to get a ceast and desist from the big O.

BUTTERY COME UP OF THE WEEK.

My local Converse slanger man Adam Brown dropped off some new joints for the staff and I am really hype on these black perf suede Chucks he gave me.Cons are putting out some really nice skate stuff and the perf leather Chucks that come out this month are about as nice as it gets definitely check em out if you haven't yet.

NEW ZINE FROM FaNKULT OUT NOW.

So I spent a few hours in the hell know as Kinko's yesterday to get the newest zine "Help Keep This Man In Tears" made,I only did this batch in a run of 20 hand numbered and signed.This is the 3rd installment in a series of 5 themed zines that will be published into a book some time after they all get released so snap up the zines cause those are gonna be the hard to find one's down the line.Thanks for the support in becoming a viktim,available at Goods,Winner's Circle,Pun(c)tuation Gallery and most likely The Anne Bonney.

A GREAT DAY FOR SOME CULTURE.

Was out and about yesterday riding and skating with Travis Graves and we decided to get our art on.So we checked out the usually boring Foster/White Gallery. The truly inspiring Lawrimore Projects (hello Scott thanks for the dollar) and also went through to my personal favorite gallery in Seattle Greg Kucera and checked out several works by artist Drew Daly. And I was really impressed with his Koons meets Hirst basketball sculptures that he is showing now.If you got a day with nothing to do drop by some of Seattle's galleries you won't regret it and they really aren't as intimidating as you think.

WOMAN FALLS INTO PICASSO'S "THE ACTOR" .

A wobbly woman fell into Picasso's "The Actor" tearing vertical a hole about six inches long in the canvas last Friday.The painting is a rare work from his Rose Period (1905) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art,the woman who of all things was attending an art class lost her balance and ripped a hole in the bottom right corner of painting which experts say can be repaired with out much detection,the painting had hung without incident since 1952.This woman will undoubtedly go down in infamy with Casino owner Steve Wynn who in his excitement showing off his own $48 million dollar Picasso to friends put his elbow right through it.

PUBLIK HAIR MOVIE OF THE WEEK.

If you haven't seen Moon yet what the fuck are you waiting for.Sam Rockwell gives a great performance in a stark movie about living a solitary life on a station for three years located well on the moon.Sam is really the only person in this movie except for Kevin Spacey playing the voice of the stations friendly computer GERTY who makes sure Sam and the station stay safe and running properly.There's also Sam's family back on Earth which you see in video clips sent to him.I know what your thinking a movie about a guy alone on the Moon sounds awesome (sike the opposite) but I don't want to say to much about this movie because I could really spoil some things for you,but it is way worth the watch and may be a reality quicker than you think.
