PUBLIK HAIR'S MOVIE OF THE WEEK.

I know this is a really good week for new movie rentals (Up In The Air,Where The Wild Things Are,Precious) but if you call yourself an American you really need to rent Capitalism A Love Story and get educated as to what has been slowly happening in this country for the last 50 years.Some of it you might know already know but most of it presented all at once in a simple time line is quite mind numbing and really fucking depressing which is why I know most people skip Moore's movies but like all of his movies they have to be seen,digested and then discussed so change can come about.Can you imagine our country if we would have passed Roosevelt's Second Bill of Rights or took to heart Carter's Crisis of Confidence speech in 1979.I don't know when enough is going to be enough or when people are going to wake up and just be,but I have the feeling that this is the end of living and the beginning of survival.

Please watch this speech and see what could have been if we didn't vote an actor into the leader of the free worlds position.

I REALLY HOPE THE OSCARS DON'T LET ME DOWN.

I really hope that The Hurt Locker wins for best picture.I haven't seen Up In The Air yet and I'm sure it's great,Jeff Bridges will probably win best actor and Monique really should win best actress for Precious but not for best picture and don't even get me started on Avatar.James Cameron just might be the most self indulgent prick in all of Holly Wood and if I would have been on some shrooms maybe I would have a different opinion but after the first thirty minutes of Avatar I was bored as hell and had to endure nearly another two and a half hours of crap.The exact opposite could be said for The Hurt Locker though what an edge of your seat perfectly made movie that really should win.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH CANADIANS ?

Did anyone else notice how during the closing ceremonies last night Canada managed to shed light on every fucking Canadian stereotype that has ever existed.Michael Buble as a Mountie,giant fucking Beavers,a Moose,girls dancing around dressed as maple leafs,hockey players playing well air hockey,Lumber Jacks a plenty,making jokes a bout always being "sorry" it was fucking embarrassing.You didn't see China making bad food,lead poisoned toys,karate,chop sticks and drowning their daughters did you?Note to Canada you are the opposite of America we get it now stop making yourself our self deprecating,health care having,boring neighbors to the North and G' up.

FUCK YOUR HUMMER...

GM has announced that it will "responsibly" cease production on the Hummer line of gas guzzling behemoths in the near future.I'm not sure where this will leave the Military or Gucci Mane for that matter but after a potential buy out from a Chinese company failed GM decided to call it quits on the useless piece of shit's and thank god this is a small victory for mankind.
